Founded in November, 2011, Westchester United is a growing network of synagogues, churches, mosques and other community organizations working to build a power base to generate positive social change in Westchester County, NY.
What will Westchester United do?

Initiate and deepen relationships among leaders of different faiths, races, classes, and areas in Westchester County.

Provide organizing training and guidance to leaders trying to improve their communities and the region.

Create an institutionally based power organization that can identify, research, act on, and successfully resolve a range of public issues (for e.g., housing, education, senior concerns, environmental concerns).
Westchester United is an organization that can stimulate constructive change at many levels – locally, in the county, in Albany, and beyond.
